For your convenience we accept Cash/Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Our office provides a variety of payment options and financing through Care Credit.  We understand that dental care can be expensive and we will work to provide a dental treatment plan and schedule that will work with your financial ability.

 

Insurance Claims and Estimated Benefits

Our front office staff will happily process your insurance claim.  We are here to help you understand your coverage and benefits.  You will receive an estimate of your dental treatment costs before scheduling your next appointment.  The estimate provided by our office is to be considered a guideline.  If for any reason the estimated amount is not paid by your insurance company, the remaining balance is your responsibility.

 

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  We will always provide you our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage.

 

Returned Check Policy

If you pay by check and your check is returned there will be a $40 returned check fee charged to your account. You will be notified immediately, and the balance will be due within 5 business days.

 

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is reserved for you, Please allow a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule.  Without this notification there may be a $100.00 fee per hour of scheduled time.
